General Information about Northwest Arkansas
The Northwest Arkansas region is home to approximately 450,000 people, the Univesity of Arkansas, Walmart Stores, Tyson Foods and JB Hunt.
It is located central located approximately
- 3 hours (by car) South of Kansas City
- 5 hours Southwest of St. Louis
- 6 hours Northwest of Memphis
- 3 hours Northwest of Little Rock
- 6 hours Northeast of Dallas
- 4 hours Northeast of Oklahoma City
- 2 hours East of Tulsa
- 4 hours Southeast of Witchita

- Nearest Airport (7.3 miles from venue): NW Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) – note this is usually the most expensive option
- Tulsa (TUL) is a 2 hour drive directly east of NW Arkansas (serviced by Southwest Airlines)
- Allegiant Air has good rates flying from select cities into Springfield-Branson, MO (then two hour drive to NW Arkansas)
- Final option may be to fly into Dallas/Ft. Worth (6 hour drive to NW Arkansas) or Kansas City, Missouri (4 hour drive to NW Arkansas)
You will most likely need a rental car as there are limited car and taxi services.
