Moody and Emily Alexander

Emily and Moody Alexander are the parents of 6 children, two adopted from Ethiopia. Through their adoption journey and the challenges of raising a special needs child, they have seen a passion develop for helping the people of Ethiopia. Recently, Emily and Moody led the inaugural trip of EthiopiaSmile, a 60 person strong dental mission trip. More dental focused trips are planned for the future.

Currently, they are partnering with A Glimmer of Hope, to bring village transformation in the district of one of their adopted sons, through multiple water wells, new school buildings, health clinic and veterinary clinic.

Their story, followed by many on their blog, continues to inspire and challenge others to care for orphans and the needs of the poor.
