President, Gladney Center for Adoption

Frank Garrott

Frank Garrott joined the Gladney Center for Adoption in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer. One year later, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Garrott had previously served for nine years as an outside Director on Gladney’s Board. His affiliation with the Gladney Center dates back to 1987 when he and his wife, Rebecca, adopted Phillip and four years later adopted their daughter, Hayden. The couple also has a biological son, Sam.

Garrott served on the Board of the Christian Mission for the United Nations Community when he and his family lived in the New York metro area. Garrott enjoyed a 29-year career in consulting and banking with Price Waterhouse, Citibank and Bank One in Texas and New York. Garrott received his BA from Duke University and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Garrott and his family now reside in Austin. They attend Grace Covenant Church and are active in the church’s Bridges of Grace adoption and orphan care ministry.
